We organize Free Breast Thermal Screening camps in rural and urban areas with the help of Sri LAkshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences-Puducherry. Supported by the local bodies like Lions clubs, Rotary clubs and Inner wheel clubs etc….

To create awareness and to find early detection screen for Breast Cancer in patients with the help of THERMOGRAPHY - Infrared Camera and sophisticated computer software to analyze the image obtained with temperature indices of the particular regions.With the help of Sree Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences-Puducherry.

Almost Cancer is the second leading cause of death in developed countries and is among the three leading causes of death for adults in developing countries (WHO). Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer in women. Approximately 1 in 10 women will develop breast cancer during their lifetime.

In India, Breast cancer has ranked first among Indian female population with 26 in 100,000 women and mortality rate is about 13 in 100,000 women. Early detection of the breast cancer is important in women of age group between 30 -50 (high-risk population). Statistical data’s revealed annual morbidity and mortality of breast cancer are escalate in which more than 1.7 million women are diagnosed globally with breast cancer and more than 502,000 of them die because of breast cancer. Based on the national cancer registries on breast cancer report, it was found that 41 from 100,000 women in Delhi, followed by Chennai had 38 from 100,000 women, The incidence of Breast cancer in India during 2020 is expected to 1797900. As the incidence of breast cancer is increasing at an alarming rate, millions of breast cancer patients life’s could be saved if they had timely access to early detection for treatment.

So for 32730 women’s were screened using thermography in which 3500 women’s found early detection of breast cancer as state 0 ‘in situ’. According to the World Health Organization, the incidence rates in the developing countries are more because growing urbanization and adoption of Western lifestyles. The global burden of breast cancer is expected to 2 million by 2030.
